1. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR DEMAND-REQUIREMENTS WE DO:-1. Advertising in the Media
Initially we carry out a Data Bank search for suitable applicants and summon eligible candidates for pre-screening. Since the majority positions of your requirements are for professionals, and qualified candidates do not remain in the data base long, we often have to run 2 to 3 advertisements in our English weekend Newspapers & in Social Media. When the applications are received, our consultants will pre-screen and short list candidates for the final interview and we will forward you only the short listed CVs.
2. Pre-Departure Processing
Once selected, the candidates will be forwarded for Medical tests, Government documentation process, Insurance & other pre -departure Formalities.
3. Pre-VISA Advice to Airline
After completion of the process, flights will be booked and you will be advised of the readiness of the selected personnel to travel. On receipt of this information, you are required to confirm to the Colombo Office of the relevant Airlines ,the availability of visa for the selected candidates through that Airline’s office in your country. Once flight confirmation is received we will inform you of the candidates’ flight schedules.

4. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT & OFFER LETTERS,

DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTESTED BY SRI LANKAN EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY, FOR THE APPROVAL OF GOVERNMENT TO SUPPLY WORKERS FROM SRI LANKA –SAME DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR OTHER COUNTRIES TOO,
